What to expect at your appointment
At your initial appointment, we can provide lab-grade pregnancy testing and answer your questions about abortion, what to expect, and side effects. You can also discuss your health history and any additional steps that may be needed prior to an abortion. Please note that we believe women deserve to make reproductive health decisions in a place that does not profit from their choice, and we do not provide or refer for abortion services. No pressure. No cost. Just care.
If you need an ultrasound to verify the location of the pregnancy (if the pregnancy is ectopic, an abortion could be fatal), how far along you are (which can determine the type and price of an abortion), and if the pregnancy is viable (miscarriage is common in the first trimester), we can provide one at no cost. We also offer additional services, support, aid, and free resources.

Options is a 501c3 faith based non-profit in the state of New Hampshire. We provide no-cost pregnancy services, including pregnancy testing, confirmation through ultrasound, education on pregnancy options, abortion information, parenting education, and material assistance, as well as low-cost sexual health testing, treatment, and education. While we do not provide or refer for abortion or emergency contraceptives, we can answer your questions about what to expect, side effects, and more. We serve all clients regardless of age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, disability, or other arbitrary circumstances. We serve with kindness, compassion, and in a caring manner, where you will always receive open and honest answers. We do not profit from any of your pregnancy or sexual health decisions.
