Free Medical Services and Support
As a pro-woman organization providing holistic reproductive health services, at Options for Women we put women first. Our services are available to anyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability.

Our cost-free medical services include:

Pregnancy Confirmation
If you are sexually active and have missed a period or are experiencing other early pregnancy signs, you may be pregnant. Some of the most common symptoms of pregnancy include:

Fatigue

Nausea

Swollen or tender breasts

Headache

Frequent urination
Through medical-grade pregnancy testing, we can verify your body’s HCG levels. If the test is positive, we can schedule an ultrasound to determine how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable (able to continue on its own). Whether or not you are considering an abortion, an ultrasound may be able to determine whether or not you are having a natural miscarriage before you have further symptoms. A Licensed Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or an appropriately trained Registered Nurse (RN) performs limited obstetrical ultrasound exams at our clinic.
Considering Abortion?
The information you receive at a pre-abortion screening or pregnancy confirmation appointment can help you make an informed decision and determine the type or cost of an abortion. It can also sometimes detect an ectopic pregnancy, which can be life-threatening if left undetected. It is not safe to take abortion pills if your pregnancy is ectopic. We provide these services at no cost to you because we believe women deserve to get answers without the cost, pressure, or sales tactics involved.
