STD Testing and Treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea
We provide free STI testing for the two most common sexually transmitted infections. A sexually transmitted infection should be ruled out prior to an abortion to reduce your risk of infection or complications. Free testing is provided on a limited basis. Contact us to learn more.

Pregnancy Testing and Verification via Ultrasound
We can determine how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable. An ultrasound is used
to determine which options are available to you. You can also talk to a nurse about your medical history before making a decision.

Considering Abortion?

Things to Note: Medication abortions (the abortion pill) are FDA=approved up to 10 weeks after your last menstrual period. The type and cost of surgical abortions available to you depend on multiple factors including how far along you are. An ultrasound can determine viability and give you the information you need to plan your next steps.

When Should I Get Tested?

You need to get tested if:

  • you’ve recently had unprotected sex

  • you’ve had a change in partners

  • you have experienced itching or burning in your pelvic area

  • you are pregnant

  • you have scheduled an abortion

You may need to get tested even if you have no symptoms or consistently use a condom. Sex always carries the risks of STIs and STDs, even oral and anal sex.

Should I Get an Ultrasound?

An ultrasound can determine:

  • the approximate age of your pregnancy

  • if the pregnancy is viable

  • if there is a potentially life-threatening tubal pregnancy

  • if your pregnancy is developing under normal conditions

  • whether or not you are carrying a single fetus or multiples (depending on gestational age)

If you are considering abortion, an ultrasound is used to determine how far along you are and what options are available to you.
