At your cost-free appointment, we provide:

  • Pregnancy Testing & Confirmation

We can determine how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable. An ultrasound is needed to determine which options are available to you. You can also talk to a nurse about your medical history before making a decision.

  • Information on Your Options by Trimester

Learn more about the abortion pill, abortion procedures, adoption, and parenting options. Take the time you need to explore all your options in a pressure-free environment. We do not profit from any decision you make.

  • STD Testing and Treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea for Pregnant Patients

We provide free STI testing for the two most common sexually transmitted infections for pregnant patients. A sexually transmitted infection should be ruled out prior to an abortion to reduce your risk of infection or complications.

Considering Abortion?

Things to Note: The abortion pill is FDA-approved up to 10 weeks after your last menstrual period. The type and cost of abortions depend on multiple factors including how far along you are. An ultrasound can determine viability and give you the information you need to plan your next steps.

Why You Need an Ultrasound Before You Decide

Obstetric ultrasounds can help determine:

  • the approximate age of your pregnancy

  • if the pregnancy is viable

  • if there is a potentially life-threatening tubal pregnancy

  • if your pregnancy is developing under normal conditions

  • whether or not you are carrying a single fetus or multiples (depending on gestational age)

If you are experiencing early pregnancy symptoms, an ultrasound can confirm the pregnancy and determine how far along you are.

For Women. For Options. For You.

We're your shame-free, judgment-free, go-to place for an unexpected pregnancy. No matter who you are or what you decide, we are here for you with compassionate care and support.
